Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Betting Rules

  • Placing bets: Bets are placed by selecting a Game, choosing your stake and confirming the bet using the on-screen interface. A bet is considered accepted once it has been registered on our servers and reflected in your Account balance.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the Game. You are responsible for checking these limits before placing a bet.
  • Game rules and RTP: The specific rules, paytables and, where provided, theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each Game are available within the Game interface. By playing a Game, you accept its rules and mechanics.
  • Currency: Bets and winnings are normally denominated in the account currency you selected during registration, subject to any currency conversion rules applied by your payment provider.

Acceptance, Cancellation and Modification

  • Irreversibility of confirmed bets: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by our system, you cannot cancel, change or withdraw that bet, except where we expressly permit cancellation for a specific Game.
  • Operator's right to void: The Operator reserves the right to void or adjust bets retroactively in the event of obvious errors, technical malfunctions, incorrect Game configuration, fraud, collusion or other irregularities. In such cases, the bet may be settled at the correct terms or declared void, in which case the original stake will normally be returned.
  • Malfunctions: If a Game or system malfunctions, all affected bets and payouts may be void. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Where possible, we will restore your balance to the state before the malfunction.
  • Disconnection: If you are disconnected while playing, the result of any completed bet will stand and be available in your Game history. Partially completed bets will be treated in accordance with the Game provider's rules.

Conduct, Fair Play and Live Casino

  • Prohibited behaviour: You must not engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or obscene behaviour in live chat, at live casino tables or when communicating with staff. Harassment of dealers, staff or other players is strictly forbidden.
  • Fraud and collusion: You must not attempt to cheat, collude, exploit software bugs, use bots or automated tools, or otherwise seek an unfair advantage. The Operator may suspend or close Accounts, withhold winnings and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
  • Live casino rules: In live casino Games, the rules and decisions of the dealer and/or Game provider are final. Any abusive behaviour in live chat may result in you being muted, removed from the table or having your Account suspended.
  • Responsible play: You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose, set personal limits where available and regularly review your gambling behaviour. For guidance, see our Responsible Gaming Policy at https://monstersl.com/responsible-gaming.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Bonus-specific rules: Each Bonus or Promotion may be subject to additional specific terms displayed on the Website or communicated to you. In the event of any conflict, the specific terms for a Bonus or Promotion prevail over these general Bonus Terms.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses are generally intended for recreational players. The Operator may limit eligibility based on country, payment method, previous activity, risk profile or other criteria at its sole discretion.
  • One bonus per person: Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, payment method and shared computer environment (e.g. internet cafés).

Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • Activation: A Bonus may be activated automatically upon deposit, by entering a bonus code, by opting in via the cashier or by contacting support. You are responsible for ensuring that you have correctly activated any Bonus you wish to use.
  • Standard wagering: Unless stated otherwise in the specific Bonus terms, Bonus funds and deposit-match Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 40 times (40x) the Bonus amount before the Bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Time limits: Unless specified otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days from the time the Bonus is credited. Unused Bonuses and any associated winnings may be forfeited after this period.
  • Contribution of games: Not all Games contribute equally to wagering. Typically, most slot games contribute 100%, while table games, live casino and certain other Games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. The contribution rates for each Game category will be specified in the Bonus or promotion details where practicable.
  • Maximum bet while wagering: While an active Bonus is being wagered, you must not place bets that exceed the maximum bet size indicated in the Bonus terms (for example, €5 or currency equivalent per spin or hand, unless stated otherwise). Exceeding the maximum bet may lead to forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.

Prohibited Actions and Game Restrictions

  • Excluded games: Certain Games or Game categories may be excluded from Bonus wagering or may only partially contribute. Use of a Bonus on an excluded Game may result in voiding of bets and forfeiture of the Bonus and winnings.
  • Bonus abuse: Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple Accounts, colluding with other players, placing low-risk or zero-risk bets, intentionally delaying rounds, or using strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
  • Fair use: The Operator reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any Bonus and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, breach of these Terms or use of the Bonus contrary to its intended purpose.
  • Combining promotions: Unless expressly allowed, Bonuses and Promotions cannot be combined. Only one active Bonus may apply to your Account at any given time. Attempting to stack or overlap Promotions without authorization may result in cancellation of all related Bonuses.

Free Spins, Cashback and Other Promotions

  • Free spins: Free spins are usually limited to specific slot titles and may have a fixed value per spin. Winnings from free spins are generally credited as Bonus funds and subject to wagering requirements, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Cashback: Cashback Promotions typically credit a percentage of your net losses over a defined period. Cashback may be credited as real money or Bonus funds; the applicable conditions will be stated in the Promotion details.
  • Loyalty and VIP schemes: Any loyalty or VIP programme is offered at the Operator's discretion and may be amended or withdrawn at any time. Abuse of such programmes may result in removal from the programme and forfeiture of related benefits.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Limits

  • Accepted methods: The Website may support deposits via debit and/or credit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, vouchers and selected cryptocurrencies, subject to availability in your jurisdiction and in the cashier at the time of use.
  • Cardholder name: You may only use Payment Methods that are in your own name. Using third-party Payment Methods without documented authorization is prohibited and may be treated as fraud.
  • Minimum and maximum deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. The Operator may adjust these limits at any time, including in response to KYC/AML assessments.
  • Fees: The Operator generally aims not to charge deposit fees, but reserves the right to do so and will disclose any applicable fees in the cashier. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own fees or currency conversion charges.

Withdrawals, Processing Times and Verification

  • Withdrawal methods: Where possible, withdrawals are processed back to the same Payment Method used for deposit. If this is not feasible, the Operator may offer alternative methods at its discretion.
  • Processing times: The Operator endeavours to review and process withdrawal requests within 24-72 hours on Business Days, subject to successful completion of any outstanding KYC/AML checks. Actual receipt times depend on your payment provider and may extend beyond this period.
  • Verification requirement: The Operator may require completion of identity, address and source-of-funds/wealth checks before approving withdrawals. Failure to provide requested information may lead to cancellation or delay of withdrawals and possible Account suspension.
  • Withdrawal limits: Daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits may apply and will be indicated in the cashier or in specific Promotion terms. Large withdrawals may be paid in instalments.

Bank, Card and Regulatory Risks for UK Players

  • Offshore payments: The Operator processes payments through offshore entities and payment providers. As of 2025, UK banks and payment institutions may block, delay or reverse transactions to and from offshore gambling operators.
  • No FSCS protection: Player balances are not protected by the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme or any equivalent deposit protection scheme. In the event of the Operator's insolvency, you may lose part or all of your funds.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, withhold balances and recover any costs incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Compliance responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your bank or payment provider permits transactions with offshore gambling operators and that you comply with any applicable legal or tax obligations in your country.

Refunds, Reversals and Bonus Funds

  • Refunds of deposits: Deposits may only be refunded at the Operator's discretion and generally only where no betting activity has taken place. Refunds, where granted, will usually be made to the original Payment Method.
  • Void bets: If a bet is voided due to a technical error, malfunction or other valid reason, the stake will normally be returned to your Account, and any related winnings will be cancelled.
  • Bonus-related withdrawals: Withdrawals from Bonuses are subject to full compliance with applicable wagering requirements and Bonus Terms. If you request a withdrawal before meeting the requirements, Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Fairness and integrity: The Operator aims to provide Games that are fair, functional and operated in accordance with the rules displayed for each Game. Where technical providers certify the fairness of Games, the Operator endeavours to use reputable providers.
  • Accuracy of results: Game outcomes are determined by the random number generators or mechanisms provided by the Game providers. The results recorded on the Operator's servers will be final and binding, subject to obvious error or malfunction.
  • Service availability: The Operator will use reasonable efforts to keep the Website available and functioning but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Technical failures: The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from interruptions, delays, network failures, hardware or software malfunctions, or other technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
  • Third-party services: The Operator is not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties, including internet service providers, banks, payment processors, Game providers or data centres.
  • Consequential loss: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.
  • Maximum liability: Without prejudice to mandatory legal rights, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of your use of the Services will not exceed the higher of: (a) the amount of your disputed stake or bet, or (b) the net amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • UK regulatory protections: You acknowledge that, because the Operator is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, you do not benefit from UK regulatory protections, including but not limited to access to UK-approved alternative dispute resolution (IBAS) or FSCS-style protection for your funds.
  • Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Proprietary rights: All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, source code, Game titles, trademarks and trade names (including "Slot Monster"), is owned by the Operator, its licensors or content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

  • Third-party marks: Any third-party trademarks, logos or trade names displayed on the Website are used with permission or for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Privacy Policy: Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You should read the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Services.
  • Policy reference: The current version of the Privacy Policy is available via the Website. By using the Services in 2025, you consent to the processing, transfer and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.
  • Data processing: The Operator may process your data in jurisdictions outside the UK and the European Economic Area, including Costa Rica and Curaçao, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Privacy Policy.
  • KYC and responsible gaming: Information collected for KYC/AML purposes and for responsible gaming (including self-exclusion requests) is handled in line with the Privacy Policy, the KYC/AML Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Changes to Terms

  • Right to amend: The Operator may update or amend these Terms from time to time, including in 2025, to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, business practices, Game offerings or technical developments.
  • Notification methods: Where changes are material, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance by email, on-site notifications, banners, pop-ups or a combination of these methods when you next log in.

  • Right to cease use: If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you must stop using the Website, close your Account and, if allowed by law and these Terms, withdraw any remaining eligible balance.

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account at any time if it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, money laundering, collusion, cheating, chargebacks, Bonus abuse, use of multiple Accounts, provision of false information or any other misconduct.
  • Regulatory and risk reasons: The Operator may suspend or close Accounts or restrict Services for regulatory reasons, risk management, responsible gambling concerns, KYC/AML issues or changes in its business arrangements (including in relation to UK players in 2025).
  • Notice: Where practicable, the Operator will notify you by email of the reasons for suspension or closure. However, in some cases (e.g. legal or security reasons) the Operator may be unable to provide detailed information.

Consequences of Termination

  • Balance settlement: Upon closure of your Account, any undisputed real-money balance, subject to successful verification and any applicable limits, will be paid out to you where this is legally and practically possible. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited in accordance with the Bonus Terms.
  • Investigation holds: The Operator may withhold funds where it has reasonable grounds to suspect unlawful activity, breach of KYC/AML obligations or other serious misconduct, pending investigation and subject to applicable law.
  • Dormant accounts: The Operator may, in accordance with its internal policies, classify Accounts with no login or betting activity for an extended period as dormant and may apply reasonable administrative fees or eventually close such Accounts, subject to applicable law and any notice requirements.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Contractual law: These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence, including the United Kingdom where applicable.
  • Offshore licensing: The Operator states that it operates under offshore gambling and/or data processing licences, including a claimed Curaçao eGaming licence (for example, CEG-IP/2025/0108 under master licence 1668/JAZ) and/or licences or approvals from Anjouan and Costa Rican authorities. These licences are issued outside the UK and are not supervised by the UK Gambling Commission.

The Operator aims to acknowledge complaints promptly and to provide a substantive response within a reasonable time.
  • Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied after the initial response, you may request that your complaint be escalated to a manager or the relevant department within the Operator. You should clearly mark such correspondence as a "Formal Complaint".
  • Court proceedings: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Website or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive or, where applicable, non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
  • UK ADR status: Because the Operator is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, disputes with UK players are not handled by UK-approved alternative dispute resolution entities such as IBAS. Any ADR or mediation offered by the Operator will be on a voluntary, offshore basis only.
